1. Before we meet

You'll receive a short intake form. A few questions so that when we sit down together, we go straight to what matters.

2. Your first session

60 minutes. No hypnosis yet - this session is about recalibration. We look at the story you are living, where it started, and what it is actually costing you. Most people leave already seeing themselves differently.

After the session
Most clients come back. Not because they have to, but because something shifted and they want to keep going. There's no pressure and no package pushed on you. But there is a clear next step when you're ready for it.
